To protect your rights while balancing the significant costs of GPU computing and payment processing, we’ve established the following transparent, fair, and enforceable refund policy.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through [your website / Stripe / PayPal, etc.]. If you purchased via the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other third-party platform, refunds are subject to that platform’s refund rules and process.
1. Subscription Refunds: Worry-Free Trial (First Subscription Only)
If this is your first subscription and you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

- 📉 Usage Limits (Fair Use): At the time of request, your account usage must meet:

- ✅ Account Status: Your account must not violate our Terms (e.g., no multi-account abuse, account sharing, or malicious usage).
How We Measure Usage
- “Generations” generally refer to requests that successfully return results. Requests that fail due to system errors (e.g., 5xx, timeouts) are typically not counted toward generation count or credit usage (subject to verification via our logs).
- Usage and credit consumption are determined by our billing records and system logs.
If You Exceed the Conditions
If you exceed the 7-day window or the usage limits above, refunds are typically not available (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of your current billing period unless your account is restricted or risk controls apply.
2. Auto-Renewal (Renewal) Refunds
In general, subscriptions renewed via auto-renewal are not eligible for “no-questions-asked” refunds. However, to reduce accidental renewal disputes, we offer a limited grace option:
Discretionary Refund (All Must Be Met)
- You submit a request within 48 hours of the auto-renewal; and
- Usage in the renewed billing period is none or extremely low (e.g., ≤ 1 successful generation and ≤ 2% credit usage, based on our billing records); and
- Your account is not in violation of our Terms.
We reserve the right to deny requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase–use–refund behavior).
3. Credit Packs / Pay-As-You-Go Refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital goods. We follow a “unused-first, low-use-eligible” approach:
Full Refund (Unused)
- Within 7 days of purchase, if no credits have been used (balance remains 100%), you may request a full refund.
Partial Refund (Low Usage)
- Within 7 days of purchase, if usage is below 10%, you may request a partial refund:
- Refunds are calculated based on the value of unused credits.
- Payment processing fees/handling fees may be deducted where applicable.
- Final calculations are based on our billing records.
Higher Usage
If more than 10% has been used, refunds are typically not available (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
4. Common Non-Refundable Cases
To avoid misunderstandings, the following cases are generally not eligible for refunds (to the extent permitted by applicable law):
- ⏳ Out of Time Window: Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- 🎨 Subjective Preference: AI outputs are inherently variable. If the service is functioning normally (no ongoing errors, no outages, service available), dissatisfaction with style, composition, or copywriting alone typically does not qualify for a refund.
- 🔁 Forgot to Cancel: Subscription management is the user’s responsibility; renewal refunds follow Section 2.
- 💸 Promotions: Unless otherwise stated, discounted items, special promotions, and bundled plans are typically non-refundable.
- 🚫 Abuse or Violations: If an account is restricted or banned due to Terms violations (e.g., API attacks, mass registrations, exploit attempts), remaining balances are not refundable.
